1. Introduction

Welcome to Tod's Hut. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of Tod's Hut.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You agree to pay the full amount stated at the time of order.

3. Pricing & Special Offers

3.1 First Order Discount

Enjoy 10% OFF on your first order. This offer is applicable on both Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders +Prepaid orders.

3.2 Future Order Discount

Customers receive 5% OFF on future orders, applicable to prepaid orders only. Additional 5% off is not applicable on already discounted promotional products.

3.3 Sale / Offer Products

Only regular-priced items are eligible for replacement or exchange. Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for a refund.

3.4 General Conditions

  • Offers are valid only as advertised and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Tod's Hut reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers without prior notice.
  • Discount codes, if any, are single-use and non-transferable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 3–5 working days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

5. Exchange & Refund Policy

Important: Tod's Hut offers exchanges only ( NO RETURNS ) . Refunds are available, except in cases where the replacement item is out of stock or the product received is defective or incorrect.

5.1 Exchange Window

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

5.2 Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The original tag must be intact and attached.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5.3 How to Request an Exchange

You can initiate an exchange by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to Returns.
  • Clicking on “Check Eligibility” and entering your Order ID.
  • Providing a reason for the exchange along with a photo of the product.

Once your item is received in our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt. Our team will then review the request and inform you of the approval or rejection.

5.4 Exchange Process

If Approved, A Replacement Or Exchange Product Will Be Dispatched. You May Choose An Alternate Item, Subject To Availability.

5.5 Refunds

A refund will be issued only if the replacement product is not available. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

5.6 Refund Not Received?

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeline, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If the issue persists, email us at payments@todshut.com with your order details.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn, stained, or stitched incorrectly), we will offer either replacement or a full refund after inspection, provided valid proof is submitted.

Note: You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for defective or damaged item claims.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If we have sent you the wrong product or an incomplete order, we will arrange for the correct item(s) to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such an order:

8. Order Cancellation
